Cost Recovery is responsible for collecting incident costs, including litigation costs, whenever other state agencies, private individuals, businesses, local, or federal governments are partially or fully financially responsible for an incident.  Cost Recovery consists of civil, agreement reimbursement, and law enforcement programs. This position performs a wide variety of technical work for the Northern Region section of the statewide Civil Cost Recovery (CCR) program.
