Alternative Work Week Schedule
A schedule that allows employees to work a set number of hours per week but in a structure different from the traditional five-day, eight-hour schedule.
Reduced Work Time Schedule
A fixed schedule with fewer than 40 hours per week, where pay and leave accruals are adjusted based on the employee’s time base.
Flextime Schedule
An arrangement that enables employees to adjust their start and end times while ensuring coverage during the employer’s designated core hours.
Telework Schedule
Effective March 3, 2025, employees may work remotely up to one day per week, provided they remain accessible by phone and email during their scheduled work hours.
Hybrid Work Model
A blend of remote and in-office work that offers flexibility while maintaining team collaboration and alignment with workplace policies. Hybrid models provide the benefits of both remote work autonomy and in-person engagement to support business needs.
